From the very first day we opened our doors in Durban in May 2007, our mantra at WOLA MTN has been this: we give service a face.

Our guarantee to our customer is that we will always go the extra mile for them. We continue to encourage our staff to always work with our Core Values (WOLA’s version of the Ten Commandments) in mind.

We are extremely proud of our partnership with MTN and have never questioned their position in the market. Our experience partnering with them has shown us that the combination of their products, pricing and network – both voice and data - make them the market leaders among mobile networks in South Africa.

It’s for this reason that we offer our clients the complete range of contract and prepaid products that are available on the MTN network. We trade under the name WOLA MTN by choice, not requirement.

There is nothing more frustrating than queuing to see a consultant at a busy network store. At WOLA we understand that your time is a scarce and valuable asset, so we have committed to try and minimize the time you need to spend in-store by doing as much of the pre-work upfront as possible.
